The drill is a lively passing session to be used with 4 players, where players receive on the half turn and quickly pass to next player.

REC02 - RECEIVING IN DIAMOND

Coaching Drill: £ 1 Animation: £1

The drill is a lively passing session to be used with 4 players, players receive the ball on the half term in a diamond and quickly pass the ball and follow each pass.

REC03 - PASSING & RECEIVING SNAKE

The drill is a lively passing session perfect when you have a large number of players. Players will work on receiving the ball on the half term.

REC04 - RECEIVING BALL WORK

The drill is a lively passing session to be used with 4 players, 3 players are servers and one player is a worker. The woker must do 60 seconds of hard work while servers pass the ball to them as quickly as possible.

REC05 - RECEIVING LEFT & RIGHT

The drill is a lively passing session to be used with 6 players, where players receive the ball by turning over their left and right shoulder depending on the position of other players in the group.
