DEF01 - 1 VERSUS 1 DEFENDING

Coaching Drill: £ 0.50 Animation: £0.50

The drill is a fun defending session set out in a 15x15yard square, where the defender has to try to stop the attacker dribbling past him and stopping the ball on the end line.

DEF02 - 2 VERSUS 2 DEFENDING

Coaching Drill: £ 1 Animation: £1

The drill is a fun defending session set out in a 15x15yard square, where 2 defenders have to try to stop the 2 attackers from dribbling past them and stopping the ball on the end line.

DEF03 - LINE OF 4 DEFENDING

Coaching Drill: £ 1 Animation: £1

The drill is a fun defending session set out in a 35x30yard grid, where 4 defenders in a middle area have to try to stop the attackers from passing the ball to the attackers at the opposite side of the grid.

DEF04 - GETTING IN LINE

Coaching Drill: £ 1 Animation: £1

The drill is a fun defending session set out in a 10x20yard grid, where 1 defender at a time has to try to stop the attacker from passing the ball to the attacker at the opposite side of the grid.

DEF05 - BLOCK THE PASS

Coaching Drill: £ 1 Animation: £1

The drill is a fun defending session set out in a 20x10yard grid, where the defender has to try block / intercept a pass from the two attackers. This is a great competitive drill where players are always rotating positions.
